Kanye West drew up a list of 'restrictions' on activities following the termination of the partnership with GAP: the 'Summary of Restrictions on YEEZY Standalone Activities'.

Plot twists and dissing. YE continuing the fight against adidas and GAP.

After the statements against the German giant, accused of stealing the design of the YEEZY Foam, YE’s lawyers sent an open letter to GAP, informing the company of the formal termination of all collaboration.

The motivation? According to the Atlanta rapper, GAP has never opened, nor has any intention of opening, YEEZY GAP-branded retail shops.

The letter states, however, that GAP will still be able to sell the YEEZY clothing it still owns, in stores and online.

Kanye West then drew up a list of ‘restrictions’ on activities following the termination of the partnership with GAP, posting it on his social media, the ‘Summary of Restrictions on YEEZY Standalone Activities’. A series of strict restrictions that apply to both YEEZY’s licensing and sponsorship with adidas and the agreement with GAP.

Let’s see what they are:

1) Neither YEEZY nor adidas may use, wear, sponsor, promote, market, advertise, endorse, design, manufacture, license, sell or provide consulting services in connection with any of the YEEZY-branded products.

2) YEEZY’s image, or any other attribute, feature, or indication identifiable with Kanye WestYE, Donda, Pablo, or Jesus Walks – cannot be used by the companies mentioned.

Footwear Restrictions:

All footwear that uses the YEEZY by adidas design or is related to or may resemble any design of YEEZY by adidas products.

Restrictions Apparel:

Apparel with unique features (e.g., tight-fitting, or padded clothing) designed to assist the wearer during use and/or wear.

All apparel that uses the design YEEZY by adidas, YEEZY by GAP, or is related to or may resemble any design of YEEZY products.

Accessory Restrictions:

All accessories that use the design YEEZY by adidas, YEEZY by GAP, or are related or may resemble any YEEZY design.

It is clear that West’s contacts with adidas and GAP are hindering his plans to make YEEZY an autonomous design brand. Simultaneously with the severing of contact with GAP, the rapper revealed some rumors about the upcoming YEEZY SEASON fashion show, scheduled for 3 October in Paris, unceremoniously explaining that he is having difficulty finding a production company for the brand’s ninth collection.

He wrote:

“Magically no production company has been willing to produce my YZYSZN9 show in Paris on 3 October,”

The “Kanye VS the World” series continues, what will next season look like?
