Plot twists and dissing. YE continuing the fight against adidas and GAP.
After the statements against the German giant, accused of stealing the design of the YEEZY Foam, YE’s lawyers sent an open letter to GAP, informing the company of the formal termination of all collaboration.
The motivation? According to the Atlanta rapper, GAP has never opened, nor has any intention of opening, YEEZY GAP-branded retail shops.
The letter states, however, that GAP will still be able to sell the YEEZY clothing it still owns, in stores and online.
Kanye West then drew up a list of ‘restrictions’ on activities following the termination of the partnership with GAP, posting it on his social media, the ‘Summary of Restrictions on YEEZY Standalone Activities’. A series of strict restrictions that apply to both YEEZY’s licensing and sponsorship with adidas and the agreement with GAP.
